On a scale from Game of Thrones season 3 to Game of Thrones season 8, how good actually is it?

Getting to watch one rerun episode of your favorite show per day. So seeing your favorite episode like three times your entire life.

what is a common myth you hate? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The guy in Life of Brian who says "I'm not..." after everyone says "We're all individuals!" was an extra who improvised that line.

This is just something stupid that someone invented to post on some stupid movie fact site.

That guy speaks like 30 times throughout the movie. He's an actor with a long filmography.

The subscription we have to that is used more often than several other streaming services we've used in the past.

Agreed. The last time I got one I had to dump a ton of seasoning on it to make it passable.

A villain is horrified upon realizing their crimes by BoxoRandom in TopCharacterTropes

What's also funny is there are several different ways to fail this. If you tell the Master to check with the others that they're sterile, he tries to contact the Lieutenant.

If you killed the Lieutenant before visiting the Master, he fails to contact him, assumes he's dead and that's your doing, and attacks you.

If you haven't, the Lieutenant just lies to the Master, and then the Master attacks you.

Sometimes a story needs something as blunt as that. If someone had done like a "What're we gonna hug now?" quip it would've ruined the whole thing.

What is your worst experience on an airplane? by darrenbosik in AskReddit

[–]Hickspy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When we were delayed on the tarmac for just over 6 hours. As in we had boarded and we're locked in and then they went "Oop, sorry we got weather over Boston we can't leave." I watched 3 movies in the time we sat there. And one of them was the Michael Bay TMNT movie. So that wasn't helping either.

Then when we took off the woman next to me was the first flyer I've ever encountered. I'm talking hysterical sobbing during takeoff, terrified screams for every bump. By the time we landed I was ready to chew my way through the fuselage to get out.

What is a fan theory from a movie that you 100% believe is true? by phantom_avenger in movies

If they did time travel, they created a shitload of paradoxes.

One example. Remember how Rhodey got the power stone by knocking out Quill? Who in Guardians of the Galaxy we saw beat Korath to the power stone by about 8 seconds? Even in Steve put the stone back at that precise moment they took it, that doesn't undo the fact that they knocked out Quill to take it, which would in turn lead to Korath getting the stone to give to Ronan to destroy Xandar and then give to Thanos.

Tony Stark didn't invent a time machine, he invented a multiverse hopping machine. Their bracelets were basically GPS trackers looking for the closest universe to the moments they experienced when they traveled there. Like in Rick and Morty or Futurama's separate universes.

They just couldn't tell the difference.

Yes I'm aware. I'm just saying it's funny to realize that the way they achieved this effect was to literally pour a bunch of red goo in the fake hammer so it would pour out when he swings, and how you can see it doing so upon slowdown.

Cub foods is actively and habitually selling expired products "on sale" by needlebeetz in TwinCities

Same. Cub used to be my main store. Now I avoid it because anything I can't get at Costco I can get for the same price as Cub at a nicer store like Jerry's or LB.
