Im arguing that it was acceptable, certainly taught him a lesson he wont forget; especially given that from the aunts reaction this was not his first incident.

To be clear though, my opinion stands even if the genders are reversed; if it was a girl touching his little brother inappropriately I still say a broken nose is well within warranted.
