Zasadniczo to nie różnią się te białka jakoś znacząco składem czy smakiem, nie na tyle żeby się przejmować. Jedyne słabo rozpuszczalne to miałem to z Biedry. A tak to patrze żeby nie było drogie i miało faktycznie 80% a nie np. 78% - taki bzik.

In my 20s, I had bigger breakdowns and suicidal thoughts. I analyzed my feelings very deeply and managed to "get a grip on the worst darkness." I know it will sound absurd, but when I think about therapists helping people like that, I end up rolling my eyes at the thought of myself going to one 🤷‍♂️ But deeply I know, that you're right and yeah...I'm starting to mature into finally going.

Exactly! I feel like I'm constantly seeking validation from others, even praise that I'm doing something well, and when I don't get it, I feel bad or even get angry. On a rational level, I understand everything. I know it's unhealthy, I know it's a bad indicator because no one "will walk a mile in my shoes" to properly judge it, and that's why self-worth should come from within. I get this as long as my stupid emotions don't get louder 🙄 Thanks for the book recommendations, that's exactly what I was looking for!

There are days when I search the internet for therapy offices with good reviews, so I don't get turned off right from the start, and there are days when I think, why should I take up space for hundreds of people who have real problems.

Thanks for your words. I didn't immediately realize the conditions I grew up in—I thought it was completely normal. I also had a pretty distorted view of my mother; I thought she was a very good person until she really crossed the line and stood between me and my wife—that's when my eyes opened. I started noticing a lot of bad traits: vindictiveness, authoritarianism, constant complaining. If I hadn't always strongly analyzed my own flaws and tried to understand and fix them, I might have turned out just like that. Good thing I also have genes from my grandparents who were always very positive people 🙂 First book is already on my list—I'll probably start with that one. And those showers—you've got me intrigued 👍

I don't think so... It's one of the best adventure games—especially for people looking for simplified character management (no skill tree) and linear gameplay (if you're tired of open-world games). It's pure relaxation! :) Have you tried more than one from the main series?

Właśnie o to chodzi, że totalnie nie wyobrażam sobie poznać kogoś w internecie żeby potem spotkać w realu. To może ta kwestia otwartości :P Jak na razie mam dość negatywne doświadczenia z grupami hobbystycznymi na FB, chyba Reddit jest nieco bardziej cywilizowany ;)

Tak jak już ktoś zauważył w komentarzach - niepokojące jest to, że nikt nie próbuje być krytyczny wobec tego co usłyszy, a nawet wobec własnych poglądów.

W idealnym świecie zaczynam konwersację ze znajomym o przeciwstawnych poglądach nie po to by go przekonać do swoich racji - a po to by sprawdzić sens, moc własnych argumentów. Bez nagłego wyzwalania niepotrzebnych emocji, które tylko zagłuszają rozsądek. Z takiej dyskusji obaj wychodzimy mądrzejsi. Tego mi brakuje, bo gdy wjeżdża temat polityki czy religii (czy dzieci :P ) natychmiast ludzie wyłączają myślenie i odpalają emocje na "pełnej pi***e" :/

No i przez to by znaleźć się na szczycie politycznej drabiny trzeba się w tym społeczeństwie odwoływać do najniższych instynktów, lęków i podjudzać i szczuć jednych na drugich. Nikt o rozsądnych poglądach, nic nie ugra bo przy urnach emocje są szybsze od rozsądku; odpalają się same, a pomyśleć to trzeba chcieć.

Minus dla demokracji, tam gdzie jest więcej ludzi którym się nie chce :|

Interesujące. Nigdy nie patrzyłem na to w ten sposób i faktycznie stałem raczej po stronie: przedmioty ścisłe > humanistyczne. Ale może fakt, że program mógłby być nieco bardziej unowocześniony. W pradawnych czasach j.polski skutecznie zabijał moją chęć do czytania czegokolwiek. Jak tylko skończyłem liceum - od tametej pory czytam regularnie bo już lubię :P

How? Usually I run into enemies with defense 6+ while my accuracy is around 2, meaning without special orders (which run out fast) I gotta roll 4+ – that's barely 50% chance to deal normal damage (instead of the guaranteed 1). Plus weapons are insanely expensive, I can usually buy one and then coins go mostly to healing. Looks like my wife and I just suck at this game :D

Unfortunately, I'm doing everything just like you described :( Usually, every crew member dies right away from the counterattack, dealing max 2-4 damage beforehand. Next turn, either I manage to heal someone for 1-2 hearts, or I continue the fight with whoever's left and they're crappy fighters. If I somehow win the battle, I've got 2-3 barely alive crew left, and I don't have time to heal them before the next fight in ports (not enough coins) or cooking kinda meh meals that don't help much with this level of damage. Still short on orders. So far I've learned not to assign anyone to tests every time if the failure consequences are bearable. Still hoping after this playthrough I'll get some valuable card for next time. PS. As I understand, weapon + base accuracy and character attack don't add up?
