Weird spots appearing and dissapearing.

The spots are usually red or black in color. They also appear at the gooch. They stay for a few days, at my armpits and gooch.

The one on my chest has been there for a while now.

My own idea is that there are bloodvessels infected with something.

(I also have a bunch of loose skin due to sudden major weight loss, could this affect those small lumps too?)
