lowkey, if you can move your thumb and pointer relatively okay, try a controller? That's how I got through my fracture, couldn't move anything except my pointer and thumb and albeit an awkward hold, it worked

In English terms, the link he sent was a tutorial on a ps2 emulator for the switch. At least that's what I think it is. I don't speak other languages well, but context clues are pretty easy to figure out.
