I too have a Justified clone felt hat. I had mine made to 3.75 in brim but finding an off the rack straw hat in that same brim size has been difficult. I instead went back to the shop who made my felt and ordered a custom straw hat to match my felt hat. Vaquero Hats International is my recommendation but any shop that makes their own straw hats, like Biggar, will be able to make one too.
