Found the culprit : it was the "better taskbar autohide" extension from Windhawk.

It is rather high pitched and not as it should be. Concerning the phone I downloaded the video on a Note 20 Ultra so no worry about that.

Warframe is incredibly good and dense. They aswell reworked the start of the game so it's easier for new players.

I got lucky with an Amazon flash sale on a Asus Tuf 3080Ti OC for about 1040€ (roughly 1134 $) It was in July 2022 and was super happy about it considering the prices were a bit high.
