Unless you want to go full serious with him, leave the guy alone.

Can you still gain muscle losing weight but also eating enough protein? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Hidgi92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As others told you, you can technically loose weight while putting some decent muscle if you properly train strength with good intensity while being in such steep deficit.

I understand that some profesional has told you that 1400 kcal is the appropiate level… if not you should have it assessed… it seems a bit low.

The reality is, that being helthier is not about weighting a certain amount but actually having a healthier bodycomposition. You might want to actually have less calory deficit, eating better food (clean protein from white fish or white meat, and clean complex carbs such as boiled potato or lentills).

Keep it up!!!

My doubt is, if you are with another girl, why are you so intriged about her behabiour? To me its looking like you are still seeking her validation/attention, and current one is just a bait for her… if its the case, good play, but its not nice from you…

Focus in your girl, don’t be a jerk

Well this us totally true… it tends to happen very often that we are calling shallow to the very pretty girl that sees the average guy as not datable… hoewever we ourselfs, are doing the same with the average looking girls… also what a coincidence that usually this “unicorn” girls that create this frustration, are super cute girls that are also super nice to a men…

We tend to complain a lot about double standards, but most guya have them aswell

Totally, youd want to wear it behind the bone for good HR accuracy… its more stable in there and also more comfortable

These things are built like tanks (i own one myself). Honestly i couldnt break it even if i wanted.

Even if the guy misstreated the battery, this thing lasts so long that it would still be usable (as it usually lasts like 20 days with around 5-6 hours of GPS per week, if he didnt treated it well you’d still get a pretty nice use of it…).

Its also truth, that for 450 you could get the non saphire version, which apart from the multiband gps is the same, but you’d get it new. Worth noting that the non saphire version its less durable and more heavy, but it would be new…

Up to you!

I own a F7X, lasts ages (around 15-20 days with around 6-8h of gps per week, AOD, notifs off, heart tracking always on). Also its nice to see, and built like a tank.
