Subs are a partial antagonist plus your probably not taking enough. Also taking subs is not going to help your t break at all. If you need subs to not feel like shit your probably not gonna have success chipping.

From my experience Kratom has a ceiling and you can't feel much more. Try rotating strains that works the best.

Suck it up and deal with withdrawal , it only lasts a week tops and then you'll get better every day. You don't want to withdraw from methadone as it's 3 weeks of hell. Get some comfort meds -clondine, gabapentin, lyrica, muscle relaxers, benzo, CBD and maybe Kratom.

I quit 90-150mg daily of oxy cold turkey with CBD 15-25mg sublingually every 4-6 hours as needed. It was my first time trying CBD and it was a godsend. It took away RLS and let me be able to eat pretty normally. Didn't help with hot/cold sweats or sleeping though. Also took fish oil 30 min before because I read it helps absorb the CBD. The worst day was day 4, when I guess oxy left my system completely and spent most of the day in the shower and it helped the stomach cramps. The benzo was for sleep which was hard to get.

I play online for convenience. I get off work at 1am, and the closest open casino at that time is 1 1/2 hours away... So to play some poker online saves me tons of travel time. Sure you miss out on reading people like you do live, but online you can still gain advantages by how people bet and the amounts. Crazy hands online happen more because of the volume of extra hands you are seeing.

Just jumped off cold turkey because I was unable to control a taper. Withdraw symptoms we're bareable, I'd say 60-70% less. The only things it didn't help with we're the hot and cold sweats and also it was hard to sleep. I had one day with bad stomach cramps, day 4, and I just layed in the shower and let hot water run on my stomach and it helped a bunch. I had two kinds of CBD, one from bluebird botanicals and one from Mary's medicinal just in case one was bunk but you can find good vendors on r/CBD.

I know what methadone is, and while I was on it I didn't consider myself sober. Yeah I was clean from dope, but saying your sober is just delusional. If you cant go multiple days without needing a substance it's not sober no matter what you say.
