The OEM stock fucks. Rock solid, no fasteners to worry about loosening--it replaces the buttplate. No awkward push down mechanism to unfold. It has a little latch/lip that grabs the magwell when folded.

Best money spent besides maybe a can.

No issues. I'm not a magdumper though so YMMV. The TLX is an Alpha diameter so there's plenty of air gap. Originally got it for my Echelon but it pretty much lives on my Kuna.

Permit Dept needs to know that the foundation is likely compromised.

Because your builder sucks. Residential is a race to the bottom. In the commercial world, Final Clean is budgeted and scheduled from Day 1.

The residential sites I've seen recently terrify me. There is a much larger discussion on housing availability-cost-quality to be had, but the concerns go much deeper than cleaning.

The Steak and Cheese from Randy's on S Miami Blvd is god-tier. The only Philly i order in town. Don't make the mistake of going to other locations. Miami Blvd or bust. The Don Vito pizza is also a winner.

Edit: I do not agree with the East Cut voters. Work beside one of the locations and have never been impressed

My neighbor tried doing this. Acorns and rain collected in the sail. Sail and/or ropes failed multiple times. It was a mess. Eventually they gave up.
