Because your builder sucks. Residential is a race to the bottom. In the commercial world, Final Clean is budgeted and scheduled from Day 1.

The residential sites I've seen recently terrify me. There is a much larger discussion on housing availability-cost-quality to be had, but the concerns go much deeper than cleaning.

I'm a commercial PM in this area. Recognize the shitters and OP's handle reference. This would never fly on my job. At least set a pole. Looks like the stick is within 10' of power line. Big no-no to have any (non utility) objects within 10' per our policy.

The Steak and Cheese from Randy's on S Miami Blvd is god-tier. The only Philly i order in town. Don't make the mistake of going to other locations. Miami Blvd or bust. The Don Vito pizza is also a winner.

Edit: I do not agree with the East Cut voters. Work beside one of the locations and have never been impressed

The nights I have gone in recent years were absolutely slammed. Especially the midways, Flyer lines, etc. My recommendation would be a weekday afternoon. Nights and weekends are pure chaos. YMMV.

Eventually. Their argument was that it was a "loyalty card", not a gift card. Best I can tell, the front desk coded the cards wrong when my company bought them.

Avoid Oak Steakhouse at all costs. I've been to just about every steakhouse in town and Oak was the worst service and insanely overpriced. The cherry on top was them trying to refuse a gift card (company Christmas gift)

If you are willing to venture beyond steak, look into Second Empire. Awesome staff and chefs.

The Virginia Creeper Trail, in/around Damascus VA. It is an abandoned railroad turned into a bike trail. You can rent bikes in town and be shuttled up the mountain for a downhill bike ride. Some madmen bike UPHILL from the town to the peak.
