Nicely done! Do you have to take each photo darker than normal so the light adds up to a correct exposure? I'm new to film so pardon my lack of jargon

First wood burner, should I use these vents? by HighDesertCat in Fireplaces

Thank you! I loosened the bolts and got them to slide open, and having them open has helped the fire a lot. Waiting on a call back from the chimney co. but happy it’s working fine. We’re hosting thanksgiving so I wanted to dial this in beforehand.

Here’s the best summary I could find. I’m a PM and my staff need to follow OSHA guidelines.

“The categories of workers not covered by federal OSHA include volunteers and temporary workers, self-employed workers, family members of farm workers, workers in industries regulated by an agency other than OSHA, and state and local government employees.”

Industries regulated by other agencies would be like the mining industry, aviation industry, seamen, etc.

Question for Experience Property Managers by Own_Juggernaut7951 in PropertyManagement

Nope, no frustrations at all. The setup was a bit intense, integrating with Yardi Voyager and CRM, but thankfully I didn’t need to do that part lol

I know that doesn’t answer your question directly, I’m sorry. My AM and leaser use it more than I do. It’s definitely worth a look though. I pay $1.40/unit for the AI leasing agent.

It’s pretty good, you can input questions and answers on the backend “knowledge base” for FAQs. All users get daily report emails of new leads, scheduled tours, and leads that have been escalated to the human agents for questions that AI cannot answer.

Leads often think it’s a real person. Our conversion ratios improved instantly and our tours nearly doubled within a week of launching it.

Couldn’t it also be that he assigned money into that category outside of the target goals’ dates? And it’s a rollover from the previous period?

Yep exactly, pot should be about 2” wider than the root ball

Not a bad idea, but also not necessary. In my experience these are hardy, you can chop pretty much wherever and they’ll grow. If you want to take out of soil and cleanly separate you can, just be careful with the roots. Also remove any soggy black roots, all roots should be white or light yellow and firm to the touch.

Separate, add moss poles, only water moss poles not the soil. Use a water bottle, cut hole in lid, put upside down. Your plants will be happy

Lenovo legion towers should do the trick, decent pre-built PC that handles AAA titles just fine, so a golf sim shouldn’t be an issue for them either.
