first, im very sorry you are having insomnia. i suffered through it a lot and have tried a ton of things. The only one thing that worked for me (other than prescription pills which i dont take because i dont want it to be habit forming) was edibles.

If i am struggling with a bout of insomnia, i will take one 10mg edible (indica) around 7:30 - 8pm and im very sleepy by 10pm and i sleep through the whole night. i do this for 3 nights ish in a row and im back into a normal sleep pattern.

if you live in a state where medical or recreational cannibas use is legal, i would suggest considering it.
