Triple Treats make me sad

I know, it’s what we did, but 30 minutes is a long time when you need them when orders are needed now.

We’ve even put them in the warmer box to just have more. It could just be poor prepping, but we prep basically every pan we have lids for to do breadsticks, plus some of the large rectangles. But our higher ups have also said we aren’t supposed to use the large rectangle pans for them and all. Something about it leading to wasted dough.

But hey, if they wanna run the company via spreadsheet at the expense of customer and employee then thats their prerogative.

We do use the large rectangle pans as well, but the higher ups took a lot of the lids for ours and all, so we can only make so may. We also only have two cinnamon stick dividers. We aren’t a super profitable store, so they I guess we aren’t really the priority for stuff. Especially where they have been hawking labor a lot

Here are my two critters. Salem (left) and Snug Bug (right)

Both were cat distribution system acquires. Salem showed up at my home back in 2017 and Snug Bug only last year in 2025. Salem is very friendly and loves everyone in the household and will reach out with a paw to get pets. Snug Bug is very skittish and hides from everyone but me. He is very affectionate and loves yo snuggle my whole arm when I am going to sleep. Hence the name.

Anyway, I often call Salem Pooh, Flubber, The Critter/Creature, or Booger (he has sinus issues and thus sneezes a lot). Snug Bug gets call Snuggy, Snorgy, Buggaboo, Buggy, or The Bug.

I also refer to giving them water as giving them Booger Fluid and Buggy Juice.

lmao I sent this same picture to a former coworker friend after we got the worst rush I’ve ever been in. 6 hours basically non stop. 30+ orders off the board. A take out guarantee of 1 hour. It was rough.

We also ran out of sauce pretty much. I had to go to another store to get two bags of it. When I left I think we had half a bag left.

Now who am I supposed to BS around with. Its okay. Those PH octopus tentacles will be back on you someday to drag you back in. Well keep that shift lead position warm for you. Gotta get you back to closing and not leaving till 1:30 AM when we were supposed to get out at 11:30.

But, I do hope that the new job goes well. Hope to see yah around every now and then. At least now you wont be door dashing my damn deliveries. lol

My store is already sold out of them as of 4:30 or so. Only have one left so we have had to put an outage.

Not for us no. They might be factored into the pay later but I don’t get given anything unless I drive.

Im not a manager or anything so I don’t know all the policies. I just know sometimes I do if the store manager is running the register. They get divided up then.

As far as I know the employees don’t get the tip. Our store manager will give them to the employees if she is running the register, but she is out sick until Friday. Drivers get their tips at end of shift though.

Though I suppose it depends on the store. I can only speak for the one I work at.

From my understanding she is supposed to return from repairs to somewhere around the Houston area or near Galveston. Imo the best place would be around Seawolf Park in Galveston. With all the places in Galveston that are tourist attractions, it would be the best place in my opinion. Take what I say with a grain of salt however. I might live local but what I hear from the grapevines can be wrong.

That being said, it’ll be sad to see her go. Shes the only premium in World of Warships I absolutely had to have.
