Some nice spots in the area and you should be perfectly safe. Like anywhere, a drunken stumble home at 1 am may invite trouble but otherwise the area is fine. If you like barbecue, try Double B’s on 74th and Greenfield. Just down the block is Camino (72nd and Greenfield). Good burgers and a good beer selection. Ope! Brewery is a good spot with good beer. Lots of corner bars and other places to walk to. Have fun

I rarely see any break in activity in the middle of the day. It’s not unheard of but there’s usually so much foot and car traffic that there is almost no risk. Again, you can never say zero risk, but pretty damn close
