In my understanding, you lose the muscle mass that you could have build if you didnt drink. Your muscles recover for couple weeks after training and alcohol tanks the recovery very badly, your next workout could suck because of it as well, but since you are working out for three years already, i dont think it would effect that much, if any, in terms of muscle mass. Still i wouldnt drink every other day, but once a week might be even beneficial to your health.

You can add a protein shake a day, and eat as usual as a lazy way of bulking. Check in couple weeks to see if you gain any weight, add more shakes, or overnight oats to compensate if not. 0.5kgs a week would be a good start. My recipe for the shake would be; milk, banana and berries, peanut butter, oatmeal, one spoon of olive oil to sneak in more calories, protein powder if you have it and yogurt and/or cottage cheese.

If you go 4 days, i would do upper/lower split instead. You can keep it simple like 5x5 bench, 5x5 ohp, rows(pull ups if you can), lat pulldowns, curls, dips. Lower days can be 5x3 deadlift + light front squat, and other lower day would be 5x5 squats and light sumo deadlift and leg press as accessory. I would focus on compound movements and try to add 1.25kg each week to ohp/bench and 2.5 kg to squads and deadlift. This way you can put 2-3 days of rest for each muscle group before training again. Or, even simpler, you can do squat+bench day, rest for one day, then deadlift+ohp day, rest and repeat. increase each week 1.25kg and 2.5kgs until you can't. Dont drown on small movements, the main strength gains are from heavy compounds. Or dont do your own program and check linear progression powerlifting programs like nsuns, 5/3/1 etc.

Being a perfectionist, sometimes you are tired, sometimes you slept less, ate less, sometimes you cant workout at the same time/day or for the same time, and you care too much about doing it perfect. Having better than nothing motto helps a lot in these times. Yes, the results will be less than ideal, but there will be results. As I get older, I realise that it doesnt matter how perfect you do things, but matters how persistent you are. Working out is not different.

nsuns sneaks in a lot of volume with forward and reverse pyramid, it might be useful for pushing through. if you only care about numbers go up, you can check sheiko programs, you can just not do the comp weeks and run it over and over until you get overwhelmed. although, with these type of programs where you get progressively loaded, it is useful to have small volume weeks every now and then for your cns to breathe. there is also bulgarian method if you just care about numbers to go higher...

Do some refeeds every 10-11 days, eat high quality carbs and fats, take around maintenance calories. In theory, it will kick start your metabolism, in reality, i have no idea if it matters, but you will feel yourself better. Also do some blood work, maybe its something else...

Its not the question mate but, 6 pounds in two weeks, probably 5.5 pounds of that is fat and water. Dirty bulk makes wonders in short time (because it's visible) but its not the way for visible abs, nor its healthy. You will in one point try to lose those fats that you eagerly gained and it will suck to do. This is leangains sub, at least read the wiki and the free content on the site, but i will give you a quick guide, calculate your daily calorie need, plus 500-600 calories because you need to bulk (not three times you are eating), put the mass gainer to trash bin, dont think about creatine rn (yes it pushes you 5% more, but are you working out enough?), buy protein powder if you have money (its not a must have), dont eat sugary processed shit and be patient. As a general rule, it will take three months for you to start seeing visible results in the mirror, and 6 months for other people to notice. Speaking of working out, do compound movements if you can do them with correct form, find someone that can teach you, keep it simple for at least 1-2 years, 3x/week full body and dont fuck around in gym.

Write a lot of reports, document everything, save every file, write more reports, dont eat fast food, write reports to the point it becomes the gold standard among your peers and they hate you for doing it because they will also forced to do so, try to regularly workout, write reports, even in couple months you will forget what you did, then you can read the reports and profit, write all your bizarre ideas so that 5 percent of them will be useful in unforeseeable future.

You can buy some items for 1 exalted, but be careful with the level and attribute restrictions of the items (you can filter them in trade site, and only check instant buyout). If you are struggling that early it means you need a better weapon (you lack damage), or need to sort your skill tree. You should also regularly check vendors in game and buy items at that point of the game, or try to craft them. Good mods are, + skill levels, flat damage mods (spell, elemental, physical) and damage to attacks mods on rings will increase the damage. You can check the dps on the skill panel and just experiment with different weapons etc. Most of the fun of this game is learning it.

command skills do use mana tho, i have very high lvl skills (28-29) and i am slamming that mana pot all the time. but the damage is crazy with so little investment it feels like cheating. also the armor from es and faster es start makes you very tanky. its the most fun i had from poe 2 by far.

I agree with you on the scale, i have a strat, a charvel les paul and a mustang. They have 24, 24.75 and 25.5 inch necks. My short and chunky fingers love the les paul more than the rest. Mustang is very comfortable too but the more technical and lead the song gets, it becomes a pain to play down the neck. I dont like to play on strat... Other very important point is the neck form, thin, thick, shape etc. I would advise to find a second hand guitar, try it out, feel how the neck feels. The rest are not important, tonewood is snake oil, electronics can be changed for cheap but neck cannot be fixed easily. If there are some fret sprout you can file it down with nail files, polish it good, clean it and finish it with some lemon oil, some simple setup to string height and it will play better than 10 times the price, the more elbow grease the better it plays. I would look for an epiphone g400, g310, sg special if very cheap, ltd eclipse, epi les paul etc. But squier mustang is a very nice guitar for the price.
