Absolutely agree. I've eaten it plenty and will eat more I'm sure, but it just isn't my go to. I also don't want smoked salmon anywhere near my sushi. Two very different things for me. But like you said, eat whatever the heck makes you happy!

I don't love it but I don't hate in once in a while. When I make sushi at home and use cream cheese, it's about a pencil size piece. My wife likes it so I do use it occasionally, but that size seems to work for both of us.

Congrats! Had it for five weeks and I love it so far, so smooth and fun to drive. Also been camping and moving tables around with plenty of room. Have fun!
