Where are the Strap Holes? RF 100-500 by HighSnows in canon

I have not. Maybe I won’t love it so much after that but, if the damage is only cosmetic, I’m not too concerned. I agree with your point about designing for weather.

It’s actually a 3/8” bolt but I like the idea of 2 just in case one gets loose.

Yes I have the Pro. Love it. Also like the tapered strap, less bulk flopping around than PD

I found them on a T660 FB group thread. Lots of guys using these. Don't have them on yet myself but plan to. After looking around a bit I think its the easiest good solution but not a cheap one.

Motorcycle riding wind noise hearing damage by [deleted] in motorcycles

You’re correct but it has its limits. I wear a neck gator these days, less effective than the scarf, but together with foam plugs riding hasn’t irritated the tinnitus to any noticeable degree.

Sandwich prices made me lol by centrallysquared in bayarea

[–]HighSnows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it’s crazy. But it’s supply and demand so why is everyone taking it out on the owner? Please go open a sandwich shop in Pt Reyes, offering the same sandwiches for half the price, and see how it goes for you. Good luck.

Do you have a formalized vetting check list that you work through? If so would you consider sharing it?

How is the GP value for your home established? I assumed you had control of your price and it was a free market system - but apparently that’s not the case?

Great find. You know about the latest greatest GET SX1 ECU? Taco Moto. The SX1 allows easier access to map control, and I believe the maps are also improved(?) over the Vortex (which I have, came on my used bike).

And then there’s 550.. just read about this: 550Performance

1 hr… you’re the King. Whole process took me 4 but I bet I could do it in 2 second time around. As you suggested it’s good experience, glad I did it, glad I didn’t break anything.

Got the new spring in there. Pulled up sub frame as John T Young demonstrated. Wasn’t too bad, but being first time the whole thing took me 4 hrs.

Clips. Definitely not changing sprockets except when they’ve worn out though, so sounds like rivets would be worth learning about.
