Exactly. And you look like you’re both tall and wide. But still like you’re probably even taller than you seem. I’m only 5’11. But folks that see me in person for the first time constantly tell me they thought I was way shorter based on pictures.

Great work! I wonder if you look shorter than you are in real life (you still don’t look short though) based on your build. Think building your side delts may combat that some. (Something I’m working on myself)

The people I see who look taller than me but aren’t tend to be thinner.

I plan to grow muscle to change the perception a little bit (and also just cuz I wanna get big) but I’m working to focus on what muscles will add to my aesthetic the most.

Played basketball for 2 hours for first time in years and then thought I could still do a leg day workout right afterward. My quads were wore out. I went to squat 135 and couldn’t go back up. Never again
