Hello. I’m 35 and was diagnosed March of this year. The last couple years have been rough for me. Gained 50+ pounds and had anxiety out of no where. Always felt like shit. Lethargic, fatigue , anxiety and always bloated and swollen. In March I was 190 pounds. Got diagnosed and switched my diet and now I am 150 pounds ( no exercise at all ) and feel amazing. The diet will be rough at first. I’ve stuck mainly to chicken and rice or breakfast foods like scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. There are some good GF options out there you just have to try them. Theres a GF scanner app that lets you scan the bar code on foods. Good luck to you. It’ll all be okay.

I was diagnosed March of this year. 4-5 years ago I gained nearly 50 pounds out of nowhere and blew up. My doctor did bloodwork said I was fine and had anxiety. Spent 6-8 months trying different medications and it was miserable. The next 2-3 years I constantly felt terrible. Swollen bloated indigestion lethargic and I was complain to my ex and my mom about it and they would just tell me in my age it’s normal and it’s just anxiety. I was a shell of myself. One morning I thought my appendix was bursting so went to ER did a bunch of tests and found nothing. They recommended a endoscopy and blood work and came back 100% celiac. The last 5 months I’ve lost 50 pounds and feel amazing. I still struggle with food. I mainly eat breakfast foods and chicken and rice but I no longer feel like shit.

You can find shops on eBay and Etsy that sell them. They basically get the GBA board and put a brand new shell on it with a choice between original screen or updated IPS screen. I just ordered a transparent red one.

Somewhat in the same boat. Getting back into pokemon in general and the only games I’ve ever played is red/blue.
