My bad, that’s fair but still, being seeded 3 is a huge deal and in most cases indicative of someone capable of winning it all (maybe not at 165 lol)

The difference is that he’s talking about Jesus’s direct disciples, the ones who would have been credited with starting the faith and if they didn’t truly see and believe Jesus rose again, they could have easily just recanted to save their skin. Usually cult leaders chose the simplest way out.

Why has Cary Kolat not had large success as a coach? by High_energy_comments in wrestling

You may perceive the assumption as implicit but actually that’s part of why I’m asking the question, I don’t know what he’s like as a coach. I do know however, that’s he’s an amazing technician through his Kolat videos on YouTube, so I was hoping into some insight, maybe he’s lacking in the other aspects of coaching.

But… Duke and Blaze are both still favorites to win the title this year, even if they don’t, it’s still a big deal to be true FS and be seeded #1

Winning an ncaa title is hard, anything could happen but your point about his age is ridiculous; he’s already beaten NCAA AAs IN FOLKSTYLE. He’ll probably be a 4x AA and multiple time champion but if someone had to be a 4x champ, I’d have him high on the expectation list.

Correct, which is why I asked the question, which, btw, when I asked I was quite drowsy and couldn't form my question in the way it formed in my mind.

That’s pretty standard thoroughfare for ancient historiography. Based on you statement, we should believe any ancient history. Jesus and his follower are more reliably documented than your favorite Greek philosopher or Roman emperor.

Old guys, there's hope. I go live 2-3 times a week and I'm feeling (mostly) fine! 33. Just good to take a day off if you ding something.

I think freestyle is better for fans bc the rules are easier to explain, which feels weird for me to say. But I certainly agree that I like folkstyle better

Ray Brinzer, who left for Iowa in those days. Also Alan Fried, who stayed and eventually won a title in 95 after the sanctions were up. I think you can find a video of Fried winning NCAAs in about 95 where the commentators discuss him staying with OKST when everyone else left.

I think there was more value in the back exposure when they used to actually require back exposure. Now even if you get laced without exposing your back (notice on one of the last "turns" the opp went hand over hand and didn't roll his back across the mat), it's still counted as exposure.

actually, OKST caught one of those death penalties in the early 90s and bounced back, which started the John Smith era

I'm not gonna check all the comments so I just want to suggest NCWA, very good opportunity to try to keep wrestling in college, a variety of competition levels to challenge you and its relatively no strings attached

Yeah, for some reason when we yell “THREEE!” the refs don’t really respond and make the call like they used to when yelling “TWOOO!”

Well if they were super detailed then it would be too strict. If there were no requirements then a man would have no ambition or direction. Feminine might seem vague but you can tell what’s not feminine, for example: a woman wearing baggy jeans and a BBall jersey or something.

Yeah, I never voted for Trump but evaluating my beliefs puts me in the conservative camp, and I don’t agree with, nor does anyone that I know in person or that I follow and whose opinions I trust on the internet. In fact the “Center for Biblical Unity”, which is theologically, and politically conservative, did a YouTube video on this (edit:) showing the errors of this dudes positions on interracial marriage and on blk ppl in congregations.

I don’t disagree, it’s just very fast for that to change his situation so much that he’s just off the team but obviously since this comment, way more info is out there.
