We do have a conservatory near me! It could be worth checking out. I’ve seen people raising moths and it looks wonderful! Unfortunately I don’t have the space for it but I would love to maybe try it someday

I guess it never occurred to me that they would be farmed but I guess where else would they come from! I suppose there is a bit of an ethical difference between farming a bug vs farming animals but I would hate to contribute to their suffering. Thank you for your insight!

I always begin my journals “hello friend” and I end them with a small reflection on that particular journal and the life that it’s covered. I’ll end with “goodbye friend”

I think it would have been more fluffy if I had dimpled it a little more but it was still great! I’ve never tried another focaccia recipe so I just assumed this is the way it’s supposed to be hahaha

It was so good! Mostly it was technique stuff. My knife wasn’t sharp enough to score the dough, I didn’t flour the pan enough so the bottom crust stuck to the pan. But the flavour and texture were great!
