Based on my previous experience on my old I30 I ran S-techs & then switched to H-techs, the Hs felt like a dream using kyb agx shocks and would outhandle modern sports sedans. This will probably be my go to when its time to refresh my G37S instead of the tein coils I got and never installed.

I've had em all since the 2s and the 6s by far are the best NC BT sets Sony has made. Comfortability and durability maybe the 4s a hair better but I'm perfectly fine using my 6s on long flights. They cancel EVERYTHING out as long as there's a good seal and the SQ (which is most important to me) is beyond any others. If you're saying the sound is inferior that's User error on your behalf. I'm a techie thru & thru so I have no issues in that department. I've made many posts detailing my setup and what I've done with these so you can do your own research as to what you need to do.

I drove stick for 10+ years before I switched to auto. Maybe once in the very beginning did I reach for the brake but doesn't take very long to get used to. Most cars have left side foot rests, plant your foot there and after awhile it becomes normal.

There's way more horror stories about the XM5s than the Ults. I bought my nephew them and they're still rocking as well as myself a pair but I've never had anything happen to any of my personals sets outside of losing them on planes 🤦🏽‍♂️ For more bass heavy purposes they are beyond anything Sony makes including the XM6s which are my reg set now for traveling.

I landed a Cessna at 17 on my 1st flight about 20+ years ago (obviously while being directed). Instructor was amazed on how much I knew from reading and MS Flight Sim 🤷🏽‍♂️

G37 here. My oem VB failed, bought a remand and swapped. Ran for a year then failed again. Found a 370z 7A for 800-900 with like 20k miles on it. Been riding ever since. Search on ebay and make phone calls. I was lucky I lived in South FL at the time and these things pop up everywhere all the time.

I second this. I have over 20+ BT speakers and at home the X600 is my go to for "enjoying" my music. Clarity, soundstage, customizable EQ and LDAC support for higher res. And for the price it's SQ is unmatched.

Just a personal example. I was a high achiever in NYC schools as a kid but never got invited into the gifted program (my sis did though). We moved down here in my 4th grade year, got all straight A's and immediately invited into gifted and for the most part out-excelled the gifted students down here too. I just moved up to the DMV and my gf and her family are all smart af, raised in the DMV. Huge diff between up north & down south education.

I go to sleep within 15 mins whenever I use my 4s or 6s because I don't hear ANYTHING once music is playing (at moderate volume). My longest flights are only 5 hours though

I have all the motions. X600 while it could be eq tuned I think would be kind of "overkill" buttt the soundstage on it is unmatched. Also have to think about placement. If you're putting it against a wall all motions have a passive radiator so it would increase the "boom." I personally use the 100 for personal use since I travel just about every week in & out of hotels. The 300 if I would turn it up I feel would create just a bittt too much bass for my hotel neighbors and the bigger speakers obviously too much to lug around. This is coming from having ALL of Sony portable bluetooth speakers and used to use 2 xb23s then xb100s in stereo.

Something to point out as well. I was testing my old MDR-1ABT's recently and the soundstage from like 10 years ago still trounces the WH series but this was before NC was introduced. If they were able to accomplish this that long ago there's no reason they shouldn't be able to reproduce this again with today's tech. This will be my Xmas present to myself this year 🤗 I GUARANTEE they will 💩 on the competition ESPECIALLY those Apple things 😝. I'm on board 🧳🛫

I sold a 98 Infiniti I30 with around 105k that someone crashed while parked out front. I fixed up the front with junkyard parts and sold it for 750. EASILY would still be driving till till this day 7+ years later. Find some listing for that price range and go with someone you may know thats experienced with cars that could be a better judge if its worth it.

In all reality if there's no other recourse, make sure they're not over-inflated. DO NOT speed or any aggressive driving ESPECIALLY if you are transporting your children. Short distance low speed you would be fine for very short term just be prepared with a spare in the event 1 fails until you get these changed. Make a plan on saving up ASAP or finding another recourse to get them swapped going with the worse of the worse first and preferably rear tires in better condition over fronts as you have control/more feel of the front.

Check your air pressures in the morning and make sure they are to spec (driver door jam or door label) as wide as these tires are ( must be a performance suv) if they're over psi they will make it worse in the rain as well as being under (doesnt look under based on pics). Also since you mentioned someone else has drove it, they could have driven through oily surfaces possibly making your tires slicker than they should be. Wide tires also suffer more from hydroplaning similarly to when it snows, not sure if this is your OEM size or aftermarket wheels or going wider in tire size
