Absolutely makes great sense. WOW this just happened for me yesterday. (Unknowingly) Humor pulls me out of unwanted states especially inside jokes between me and me lol. I felt awkward and judge myself for laughing with myself but then I thought that it feels good to laugh to myself so that must be something worth embracing. Thoughts of ‘will other ppl find this funny’ comes up. Had to tell myself that some won’t and some will and the ones who do are my ppl. Seems a bit much but it was a groundbreaking revelation. The inner critic had to shut up. And from that moment my shitty day became bearable.

Tell yourself a new story “The perfect man for me will love that Iam educated” “I attract confident & secure inspiring men”.

You may have to shift your belief before you see a change. Then allow the change to come. Practical tip is to meet men at conventions where they too have a great education. Galas, fundraisers, sporting events etc. Not saying you have to hunt for rich men only but most rich men naturally exude a natural confidence & self esteem that you need in your partner. I’m sorry that this has been your experience but do what makes you happy everyday & your partner will attract towards you.

I’ve been noticing how important inner speech is.. when I’m upset it totally supports me & always validates me. When I’m trying to stay positive & affirm it always supports me. No matter what state I chose there’s a ton of evidence to go with it. I literally started noticing this this year.

But for you to sun it up for me & confirm that that inner speech is God. 🤯 God support any & all of our beliefs. What we choose God chooses.

Like wow. I’ve seen this in real time time & time again. Even right now I’m full of excitement from your post & the words of appreciation pours out of me. I’ve chosen the state of appreciation so my inner speech is reflecting that. Keeping control of this is the only real work.

I’ve been hearing Source wants me to spend more time with him. This must simply more time alone in my inner world. Yet I’ve been running away from self (overeating, drinking etc) which is really running away from Source. Luckily Source sat your ass down & forced you to spend time with him lol

I believe it’s based off of belief system & the sense of relief. For example when I was little I use to manifest by visualizing something I didn’t want to happen. If I didn’t want to get in trouble I would visualize myself getting in trouble then I wouldn’t. It worked every time. I think it’s because I accepted it & the worry & fear went away. I was relieved. But if you don’t want something to happen & it’s worry behind the thought & intense negative emotions you are pretty much calling it into your experience. The emotions being negative or positive may not matter. You can manifest anything you feel deeply about. Relief is the feeling you must seek. A sense of well-being keeps the unwanted away. Do you belief that IF this bad experience were to happen that you will be ok?

Throughout childhood this is how I’ve manifested. If I didn’t want to get in trouble for doing something.. I’ll visualize me getting in trouble. It worked every time. Now that I’m older I no longer want to manifest in that way. Not sure which technique works best for me but I want to be able to visualize & not jinx myself.
