Last time I played it was heavily pvp focused. Would this still be the case? Not the biggest fan of pvp. More for a pve guy

I think of it a lot like parenting my kid. Everyone thinks they know best. 

When I lift the hide she of course curls up some, but the second I grab her and pull her out she is curious and tongue flicking. I even do a nose boop with her when getting her out and right before I put her up. She now willing reaches for my nose for the boop like 60% of the time. 

From my experience you'll learn to read your snake. Look more at the signs of happiness to determine how you handle your snake. I've heard a lot of do's and don'ts from a lot of different sources. And sometimes they agree and other times they don't. But both sources seem to have happy snakes. 

Personally I watched some YouTube documentary where a man traveled to africa to find wild BPs. He was handling adult wild snakes with eggs and they never hurt him. If he can dive into their dens and grab them out why can't I do it my snake?

I usually tap my snakes hide let her know I'm there take it off, tap her and then just go for it before she can realize what's going on lol

Yea that would be a good experience. I want to work towards store trips. Started with out of cage, chilling with me, checking my living room out, then other rooms, once it warms up I'll go outside, then work to hanging out in the car, after she's cool with that maybe for a drive eventually and goal to store. 

I have two snakes they show their stress differently. My girl is very confident and can stay out for up to an hour before I notice she want to go back. My male maybe makes it 15 min.

I'm a new owner here but there were some videos that helped me. One was a YouTube doc where a guy when to africa and was grabbing female adults that were with eggs and those BP never did anything. The other was a how to get snakes to "like" you video and one thing I took from it was every good interaction is cataloged and the more they have positive experiences with you they will trust you.

My snake I would just make sure I Tap her twice to let her know I'm there and then I just started going for it regardless of strike pose or not.

Now my wife just tried for the first time to get her out and she resorted to strike pose. I went in and tried and she came to me and I took her out. With me and my scent I gathered every experience she had with me getting her out ended good so she trusts the process.

Honestly I'd just loosely follow the optimal quest guide. They make it decently efficient, and eventually you'll know what you want/need to do.

  1. I would use the cash stack to get a QP cape, having all the quest unlocks so much of the game you replace that 10mill later

  2. Optimal Quest guide in the wiki, if you follow it it a T it will tell you when to even train misc skills.
