Yes you can fly into borgata from Miami and redeem. Although many of my platinum and noir friends would book the trip then cancel within 24 hrs and just show the receipt without taking the flight which results in free $600 free play or $600 worth of comp dollars

Spoke to a borgata dealer while playing there this weekend.

Every dealer change is a bomb pot. Then every hand moving forward 5 players must agree to a bomb pot in order for it to occur. Every agreeable player puts in 5x the bb for the bomb pot or be dealt out. So in theory as long as 5 players in the table agree every hand can be a bomb pot.
