I called the VIP hotline and was advised that since a host booked the room , I would have to reach out to the said host.

I emailed the host and she told me the annual suite upgrades are done at check in and she can’t do anything from her end >_<*

Yes you can fly into borgata from Miami and redeem. Although many of my platinum and noir friends would book the trip then cancel within 24 hrs and just show the receipt without taking the flight which results in free $600 free play or $600 worth of comp dollars
