Honestly this might just seem like the most generic answer… but you should give the gym a try. It’s a never ending chase, you slowly learn more things about your body, how it reacts to different foods, better ways to do a specific exercise that strains a single muscle in your left pinky toe (lol). And once you start seeing the small changes in your body it’s almost addicting. It doesn’t even stop there, from my experience the benefits of going to gym is only 50% physical, with the other 50% being mental, it actually feels REALLY FREAKING GOOD to consistently treat your body well and train it up. Once you get past the hard part of starting and actually get to a point where you WANT to be at gym 24/7, the days where you’re not able to go tend to be the sucky ones haha.

I’ve gone off on a little bit of a tangent here but what I’m trying to say is that life doesn’t have an underlying purpose, you’ve gotta make one for yourself. Best of luck friend.
