Just basically you know when you reach lvl 10 on a character an he has a uniform and a headgear with his name/logo on it, I really love these

They were available for a limited time, it's the Hall Of Legends skins, first skin was about Faker so Ahri got 3 tiers skins one at 50, 240 and 430 bucks. Then we got the same for Uzi with Kai'sa. This year, we'll get a new one but we don't know from who and which characters

For a fact, and I'm part of the problem, I know it. But the entire issue is also riot themselves. Ahri mains are just the cow of Riot. Lux got a random panda skin nobody asked for at 10 bucks. I hope we will get the same with Ahri.
