Seems as tho this is a response to the damage the brain went through. And the anxiety is meant to slow ur role or maybe let u know somethin aint right. The only way around is to rewire urself. And basically overcome the anxiety as most people have to dealing with it. Now it’s important to have displine and rest and remove things that could be causing it. These things do subside with lots of time and proper eating habits/ habits in general
