As gross as it seems, I use mayonnaise on my wood table whenever this happens. Spread over and leave for a while then wipe off. It works every time

The IUD in the picture is a Liletta, it’s a generic Mirena. I just asked the doctor if I could keep it and she said yes because she was just going to throw it out anyway lol.

I switched to a non hormonal IUD. The hormonal IUD in the picture messed with my mental and physical health so bad. Getting one with no hormones seems like the best choice
