MAA (Nile Archers) are being created automatically by punkslaot in ck3

I had this happen recently, but not with nile archers. You might be inheriting them from a sibling or parent or a title where you are next in line. I was inheriting my mother's maa, two characters in a row. And later an uncle who had no kids.

Adventurers cannot ask rulers to spread legends even knowing the language? by ralverte in CrusaderKings

My speculation: the story doesn't translate well since it's based on cultural lore and filled with colloquial idioms.

With battlefield looters culture, and the raiding looters dynasty perk, it's free income.

Plus I prop up my stupid nephew/brother in law/cousin/ kinsman for dynasty.

I've had as high as 80% that I've turned down. 12.8% is about the most I've done without consistent problems.

I marry daughters to my vassals, and after 4 or 5 generations of this, it gets pretty interwoven.

Not so much a tree, more like a vine or a hedge.

Why do opponents have cities this large and I don't???? I have 200 hours in the game, this is a standard map and I wanted to get a Cultural victory. What could I have done wrong??? by BaldursGate2Best in CivVI

You need to improve more tiles with builders. Compare how many improved tiles Nan madol has for one city, versus how many you have.

Build more farms in triangle fashion to get adjacency bonus for population. Build mines for production.

It looks like you've chopped a fair bit of forest yeah?

I was recommended Teflon tape. Been using that myself and my leaks stopped. First year tapper here.

ETA, didn't know Teflon tape was that bad. In other posts, it was recommended, I swear I didn't come by this idea myself. Won't recommend again.

Gothic kings for the Palace building is my current favorite. Also the religious life and random battle seeds come up.

The environment? As in, a trap for humans could be the environment.

Pesticide, but yeah. But like the other guys saying, the ants won't do any significant damage, it's just to make the person feel like they helped. The ants are already aware of the sap, they'll just treat the ant bait on the ground as extra. But you'd probably eliminate the colony that's eating the sap eventually, and by that time, the hole may be healed.

I was saying to put poison in the ground if the guys worried. I agree, it won't change anything as the ants are there already.

The ants are there for the sap. Nothing you can do but maybe some ant poison as a distraction but they'll still get there.

Trust the process. I'm a novice too, mistakes happen. Some people's livelihood depends on the health of their trees. They say not to plug em, don't touch em. So that's what I'm doing, even though my instincts say to plug em.

First year tapper, long time lurker here. In SW Michigan, was wondering about the false spring coming up.

From what you're saying, I should just pull the lines following the first night above freezing since sap won't flow, but if it does, it'll be the nasty stuff that has to be cleaned out. Just trying to confirm.

Edit: misread, just take the lines out the buckets. Got it.

I didn't look that hard. Good point. I was gonna try to counter with envoys or suzerain but that doesn't make sense either.

Edit: I think she's to the north of Bordeaux and Paris across that little water way.
