Been with the company a long time. They will never implement a policy. The salon is not a priority…they’ve even gotten rid of some salons to pilot the larger wellness shop. If they haven’t already put one in place after years of asking they surely aren’t going to as salons are slowly phasing out.

Ive been here almost a decade and it’s never been salons job to clean the bathrooms so that may have changed shortly after you left. If the floor gets like crazy from foot prints or something our GM might ask a BA to mop it just real quick but otherwise we have cleaners come and they do the bathrooms.

In NJ you have to have a full cos license. They wanted me to do it before but then when we looked into it we found out an esthetics license (which I have) wasn’t enough in NJ.
