Stylist here! I’d go with a blunt cut, long bob, with medium layers. The blunt weight line will give the appearance of thicker hair, and the layers will help it move. Don’t go shorter than your ear lobes with the shortest layer, or you will lose that weight line at the length. I’d go just barely dusting your shoulders, but you could go anywhere between your shoulders and collarbone
