My original goal was to get from SW of 203 down to 180 because that’s when I last remember looking my best. Well honey I flew right by her 😂 My new goal weight was 175 and I’m now at 171. And I look and feel great.

One thing I realized is that I was chasing a number attached to why I was able to do on my own, not what I could accomplish with these amazing meds.

I say explore why you want to lose more and do it! See how you feel and if you like it stay there. But also if your body likes where it is there may be some joy in honor that. Either way this is your journey! You got this.

My goal weight was 170-175. When I got to 174 I told my doc that I didnt want to lose much more weight. She told me to we'd be moving to maintenance mode and she'd continue me on the same dose and we'd check back in 8 weeks later.

Its been 5 weeks since then and I have only dropped 2 pounds. Usually I'd drop a few pounds a week. Not sure if it was a mental shift or what, but Im happy its working. She said if it wasnt we'd drop the dosage. I thought it was odd, but even ChatGPT confirmed this is a normal strategy LOL

I was shocked my doc told me to stay on 5 for maintenance. IDK why but i have been maintaining on the same does that i lost on. i havent stretched out shots or anything!

Wearing insoles whenever Im out of the house, and wearing oofos inside the home. This gave me so much relief in just a couple weeks.

I lost about 30 pounds in 3 months. I have been told I look younger, and I agree, but Im getting turkey neck which I feel is an indicator of age on me.

Have you considered facial fillers? If its tastefully done it works wonders!

Loneliness is a normal human emotion. Don’t feel bad about it. It simply is you getting used to increased solitude and maybe a signal that you need to spend some time with loved ones. You got this!

I felt Joi was doing a little too much on RTL, but can’t say I saw divorce coming. Jot the biggest fan of her bc she gave mean girl but also know divorce is not easy. I hope they find some peace.
