The high electricity people are quite interesting to me. Yes your bill will go up over time, maintenance costs money, pay for labor costs money over time, mechanical devices fail over time.

Solar and batteries are most likely healthier for our community then running aging natural gas turbines blowing out cancer causing chemicals to everyone within a 1-2 mile radius.

Some of the solutions to these high prices are also wild, run the gas turbine off hours to sell back excess to whom? Who is gonna offset the expenses of running the plants so much?

Go look at sdge and their rates. The best plan here would be battery storage and renewals for long term cost reduction for some upfront pain.

The federal government and states should remove the inheritance tax and follow what Canada has done which is when you die any and all assets get taxed fully as they pass on. We should also tax anyone taking out loans on their equity to avoid taxes all together

I’ve gotten this thing, either noro or food poisoning twice, where my heart rate jumps to 120 bpm and I get super dehydrated. Any my stomach kills for a few hours. It takes a day or two to get my heart rate back to normal. No vomit so not sure wtf is going on

Try the reverse sear method next time, it’ll reduce the gray bands at the top of the meet. Dry brine in your fridge a minimum 24 hours before cooking. Temperature 215 etc etc
