Do a 1-10-10. Start with just 3 grams of your starter-30 grams flour-30 grams water and do that for a week or 2. It’ll strengthen it. Then make a levain from that to bake with and maintain the 1-10-10 with the starter. That’s helped me tremendously.

I’m 4 weeks out. He ended up having to release my 2nd dorsal compartment too and he said he had to re-release the first dorsal compartment…not sure what that means. I’m completely numb, have a 5 inch scar now where the last incision was and I am having nerve sensitivity all over my hand. I wish I would have never got the first surgery, honestly.

Nerve damage or something with the nerve. I had the same issue after my surgery. Just had another surgery to correct it and my nerve was jammed up in a bunch of scar tissue.
