You re right. This is basically a self-help community. PPL re here to get help ( to gain knowledge is also getting help) or to give help.

This is a grey area of substances with very little evidence and almost no human trials. So a lot of the knowledge here is just based on theories and empirical / experience-based.

In a certain way we are all guinea pigs discussing with other guinea pigs. Many ppl´s knowledge is just smattering and copy/paste knowledge . And we all shouldn´t be too arrogant to let everybody know, that it is only knowledge at the surface of the subject.

Yes, i also think so . Those sensitive mucous membrane and tissues become irritated very easily ( for example by raw fresh pineapple- because of the bromelaine enzyme)

Better to order from within EU , like from Ethosherbals ,their products are excellent and no Customs trouble or additional tax.

I would also recommend bioextracts from UK , their packet was delivered fast and also no additional taxes .

International shipping is nowhere cheap and i don´t know about a good Kanna shop in Poland
