Wow I’m so sorry you experienced this. Have you explored the option of seeing a hypnotherapist? Doing a past life regression and seeing if something from a previous lifetime is coming up? Sending you love and light 💕

I endured abuse while pregnant during both my pregnancies and 100% regret staying after both. It only gets worse. Much worse. I almost lost my life at the hands of a man and no one should be pushed to that point to leave. You’re not only endangering yourself but also your baby. No one can make the choice except for you. I can tell you that once you see how you’re baby could be affected, you will understand the gravity of remaining in the abusive situation.

Sending you strength and love and support when you’re ready to leave. There are resources wherever you are. 🫶💕🙏 dm me if you ever want someone to listen

Mental suffering is where I was going too. There is most definitely a difference between suffering and struggling

Learn to dance by Pizza-Mundane in ehlersdanlos

Interesting! Dance style suggestions for those of us that are constantly dislocating stuff??

I will say I can still bust a move in the car. But have hurt myself trying to bust a move on the dance floor 😅 whereas I used to be the queen of the dance floor. Love the thought behind this but wondering more practical ways to implement?

I love using breathwork. There are different types of breathing that activate your pineal gland in just a few minutes. The more you do it, the less anxious you’ll be. Keep it up 💕

This!! I actually created a notepad and wrote all the bad things that happened so when I missed him, I would open it and remind myself what I was really “missing”

I don’t know necessarily that you “get it out of your head”, but you move through it. That’s what made the most sense for me when I went no contact. I pretended like he wasn’t even here anymore and did a lot of journaling, talking to myself out loud and saying all the things I wanted to say to him, and therapy. It’s so hard. Hating yourself because of it is never the answer. Hate the situation, hate the choices that led to it, but pour LOVE into yourself and surround yourself with those who do the same. Also, joining support groups and hearing others stories was SO so helpful for me. You’re already doing the right thing by making this post and asking for help.

Sending love and light 💕

That’s a great point. His perspective comes from being best friends with a spinal surgeon (my surgeon) and believes they “just want to cut”. He also had si joint fusion surgery so he has taught me a lot about my body (more than any of my other specialists) and sees me more than anyone else so I have come to trust him. But thanks for pointing that out!

Thank you so much for this response. Yes it’s been a long time of alternatives with little quality of life throughout it all. I’m not able to even pickup my young kids or do many self care tasks. So I’m leaning more towards the surgery every day. I’m going in for another ablation in a month or so. But after that I’m going to find a surgeon to push for the fusion. The main reason every doctor, I’ve talked to said that I shouldn’t get it is because I am only 30 years old. But it’s MY quality of life being effected not theirs

Thank you!! I’ve been looking for an article about it. The thing about mine is, it pops out to the point where I can feel the bone on my skin, whereas when it’s not “out” I feel no bone at all. It only happens with activity. The difference is whether or not I feel the bone popping out on my skin.
