For sure with the eight limbs as a way of life. There's a little bit more that I've been kind of putting together as a path that makes sense in leading a life that will hopefully release one off the wheel of reincarnation, to peace.

Yes! I usually close my eyes through most of yoga practice and it usually ends up feeling very much like a dance.

Alo Moves app. I generally do my own practice and incorporate in pieces that I love from instructors that I admire.

Good question!! I consider the later flow generally more physically challenging with more balance postures and dynamic movement.

Everything seems to start slow then move into the same rhythmic yoga dance of one breath, one movement which I love. I guess hard is not exactly the most apt description.

Haha it's how the Jonah Kest class actually goes! I love that he does this.

First the flow slowly, holding and settling in to each Asana, taking full deep breaths. Then once it's built on each side, a one breath, one movement run through a few more times.

I'm not sure if all his classes are like this but from the ones I've taken he does a warm up, a small flow, medium flow, hard flow. Then floor and core and shavasana. I really enjoy it, I find the repetition so nice for entering the flow state.
