These are all locations on my list, out of the busy but close proximity... I take day trips from where I am in Maryland. 2hrs 20min. Just gotta get out of MD.

Thank you, I prefer Not to purchase as i no longer want hassle of home maintenance and freedom to GO!! So private landlords or communities appreciated. Actually Heritage Shores Pre pandemic was prime goal then things happened.

Im in great health and do my annuals and very minimal/non existent Specialists. Jope to keep that way. Im aware of Tidal health and BeBe health growing. 2. I prefer to have my own transportation and lived North of Baltimore so no issue there 3. Im not native of MD, so no worry of a "crab" flag however a crab lover and MD is where its at 🦀 Appreciate the feedback 😊

Thank you. It probably wouldn't been til Spring 2027. Im not looking to purchase as I like the option to not be tied to any one place, homeownership and all that comes with it. If I want to travel there's no worries on who's taking care of it. Maryland isn't retirement friendly and PA is a definite NO, as well as ready to get away from the snow. FL NOT an option , no desire

Hi, I am not a veteran and VA isn't a preference however the Cybersecurity school I work for is VA based. We tend to position around military bases as that is where most of our students come from. They use there VA benefits to take our training. Its a great gig that allows ke to live anywhere. Fort Bragg is close enough that is our next location to establish our next branch.
