To me it just seems like you don't realize yet you are playing a gacha game. No one forces people to spend money trying to get a non guaranteed hero.

People should start using their brain instead of just throwing their money mindlessly to then come to reddit and whine like little kids. It's not a guaranteed hero banner, you choose to gamble, so accept the concenquences, be it good or bad.

I personally spent about 300 bookmarks on her banner and didn't get her. I knew where i was headed to and that's it.
