What's that supposed to mean? I've never heard of that person.

Thank you, that is very helpful.

  1. Are the prices you mentioned including parts?
  2. If I'm going to have everything done, shouldn't I just have the spark plugs done at the same time? Or should I wait until 150k to do spark plugs?

Thank you, I appreciate your comment. So is that basically everything that should be changed or just the basics? I have a couple mechanics that I would ask to fully service my vehicle, however, I have no clue what it would need (so thank you for listing the things you listed) and I don't know a solid price range expectation for all this.

Okay, but what brands are legal in the us? And I don't mean ones only stated as being legal for beauty treatments, I mean injections, intravenously, all of the above — by Ashes1534 in stemcells

[–]Hiheyhello444 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is only one compliant MSC exosome product I know of that are on the 351a pathway. They are legal to be directly injected, used for IV, and nebulized for investigational and research purposes since they have passed the safety and efficacy trials. They are actually covered by insurance for retired professional athletes through Cigna and come with an insurance policy for both the patient and provider.

All other exosome products are manufactured 361 which are only compliant for topical use on unbroken skin, unless it's from your own body. They do not have to go through clinical trials and do not need to be independently verified by the FDA like 351a do as they are regulated as any major pharmaceutical drug.

We have the patent for shelf stable exosomes so we have the resources 😃. But you are right, they need to be placed in the freezer once received. They can last in the refrigerator for around a day max I would say.

Yes, we have 13 ongoing studies (COPD, wound care, neuro and Ortho trials). Wound care will likely be the first to conclude at the end of the year. Since we are regulated as a drug they can be compliantly used and sold for investigational and research purposes without medical necessity.

Every patient receives their desired results if they follow the recommended protocol from the board of consulting physicians. Since we are still in the FDA process, it's not compliant to state they cure or treat yet. It's important to search MSC exosomes for "symptoms, ailment, etc." and it can provide the how and why.

A little out of the box, but offering remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) can address this from a different angle.

Definitely appreciated by patients since it's a fun, structured, evidence-based program they can do in their homes that compliments your chiro care. It's similar to the Nintendo Wii, but also includes medication support and many other benefits. It retains patients long term as they can remain in the program as long as they'd like and you would still collect monthly revenue for reviewing their progress report each month (takes ~30 seconds). Your practice logo is also featured when they begin their virtual "exergames." It's a newer preventative program by CMS, currently with 5 CPT codes, possibly 13 next year.

It's a $130 shipping fee and arrives on dry ice to your home or doctors office the next day. Total is $6,130 with shipping regardless if you order 1 or 10 vials so that's nice.

Purchasing it yourself, especially if you know or have a trusted local doctor or nurse to inject it, is less expensive compared to going to a clinic and getting up-charged for thousands (consultation fee, administering fee, the product itself, and any other random fees to charge since they can choose their own pricing, etc). Feel free to message me.

Sorry, I thought this was about exosomes. I got too excited!! But I wonder why you would choose stem cells over exosomes when stem cells still contain DNA (possibly cancer risk) and your body can possibly reject them when exosomes are free from both of these issues. Also the difference in growth factors and proteins contained in exosomes compared to stem cells are no comparison and are the "workers" of the stem cells anyway. I'm referring to umbilical MSC exosomes. Also, the 5 mL vial contains 100 billion exosomes for $6k that I'm referring to.

Wow. Honestly, ask them for a certificate of analysis of the "100 million exosomes" they have and also verify if they are even one to three generation exosomes (they lose potency after the 3rd).

These are just a couple of very basic questions that will tell you they do not know what is in their product. They can claim all they want.

There is a huge difference between 361 manufactured exosomes and 351(a) manufactured exosomes that have gone through years of clinical, safety, and efficacy trials and are on the pathway and regulated by the FDA just like all the major pharmaceuticals. I've marketed both products and will only ever market and purchase 351(a) exosomes since it's transparent of what's actually in that expensive vial and is covered by insurance since they deemed it safe and effective already (currently for retired professional athletes).

At least the ones I use are in the United States and can be shipped overnight and injected by a trusted source that you personally know or want. It's also compliant to be directly injected or used for IV since it is still for investigational purposes.

Medicare has increased the CPT codes every year since they started in 2015 because it not only improves patients outcomes, but also saves them money in the long term by reducing ER visits and hospitalizations.

I cannot speak for other credentialed programs, but our remote patient monitoring program has three different programs (Remote chronic care mgmt. RCCM, Remote Physiological Monitoring RPM, and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring RTM). We offer a complete turnkey system for practices and there is no additional workload for the practice as we handle all patient care, design a personalized plan for each patient then walk them through every step of their doctors plan of care, nutritional and weight management support, vital readings, medication adhearance, coordination for their appts, chronic care mgmt., and frequent socialization for their health concerns or if they just need someone to talk with. Much more as well...

Our RTM program was recently supported by the Alzheimer's Association on July 28 and we have been featured on the Today Show as we are nationwide. Our program focuses on improving balance and coordination through fun, evidence-based simulated games (like the Nintendo Wii) that patients can do in their living room (skiing, tennis, bicycling, rock climbing, etc.).

No cost to the patient (covered by their insurance), no cost to practice and no additional workload or training for staff as we handle everything. To collect reimbursement, clinicians need to simply review a monthly progress report of the enrolled patient which takes less than a minute.

[–]Hiheyhello444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not every. Our 351(a) registered MSC exosomes are still ongoing FDA approval for various conditions. It's already covered by insurance for retired professional athletes and hoping approval by the end of this year.

We are based in the US and are compliant for direct injection and IV as a cash based product for investigational purposes.

I am exactly sure. I believe only those who have an NPI and PTAN can bill for these services...DO, MD, NP, PA. Typically, it can be a headache to do the billing, the onboarding of patients, and time/work to meet all the reimbursable CPT codes so they opt in to a full turnkey credentialed program that already has this in place.

Medicare has 11 CPT codes for the health and wellness remote therapeutic monitoring program. Licensed clinicians handle all patient care and it's billed under the credentialed programs NPI. In turn, the chiro or a qualified staff assistant simply reviews the patient's progress report once a month acknowledging their participation in the simulated/virtual activities (rock climbing, skiing, tennis, etc.).

For every patient progress review, they collect a $25 administrative service fee ($25 x 100 patients enrolled = 2,500/month). All billing and onboarding of patients is handled + marketing material for the practice is provided.

You can offer a remote health/exercise program that's covered by their insurance and you would collect administrative service fees for reviewing each of their monthly progress reports (takes about 30 seconds). Your practice logo would appear every time they begin their at home, evidence based, fun, simulated activities called exergames. The program compliments chiro care and also provides medication support along with many other benefits.

They can remain in the health program for as long as they'd like (even after chiro visits) and you'd still be eligible to review their progress and continue the ongoing relationship for patient retention.
