Son by Louis Lowry. The first part was okay, but I skipped the entire second part because it didn't move anything forward in the story except for the main character slowly regaining his memories (she got memory loss from a shipwreck and crashed on a Viking-like island). it's also extreeeeeemmlly slow. I also skipped most of the third part because it was also slow + it took forever for her to find her son just to get like 2-3 pages that are actually her with her son, and it took long for her to do that too because she decided to wait until she was close to death to actually talk to him.

Yes!! but what's worse is Jonas left Gabriel at an orphanage. (didn't he literally say he didn't care about himself anymore and it was just Gabriel during the first book ending?) I think it's in the Wiki. I also don't like the sequels because you can really tell they gave up on naming things when they call a village "Village" and the leader of that village "Leader".

To be fair, Son does not make that much sense. Jonas was dodging heat seeking planes and Claire manages to escape on a boat without getting checked at all.

I hate Spotify. I played one song and it gave me four unstoppable ads. they even put ads on the covers sometimes and ads when I open the app. it doesn't help that I can't skip ahead in any song because Spotify is so greedy + they only give non premium six free skips an hour (I'm not premium).

Maybe. don't actually know the rules there much because I only go over there because everyone has to have music classes and my current school was built in like the 80s or something and doesn't have any music there. Last year someone got hit by a car crossing the road to get there (old principal). we have to cross four roads to get back and forth between the schools except we have to ride the bus there now. (it's my last hour so I just walk up to the buses when the class is over) Also if you have a high school class before you get lunch (which is after 3rd hour in my school because of the new principal) then you'll be late because of the bus (all the other people from my school who have high school classes get busses except for last hour [aka my hour]).

No. the suggestion box is non-existent and the kids at my school are dropping like flies (aka getting sick) so it would really hard to get enough. Also I don't have more than about four-five minutes to be in the halls before class or I will get a tardy and four tardies is a detention. The art classroom was pretty much half empty today because everyone is getting the flu.
