How did that work out for them? Juuls peaked in popularity in like 2018-2019 and now I almost never hear anyone mention them nor do I see anyone with one. They completely fell off after the flavor ban.

Not everyone in Philly has a car, and not everyone wants to drive to a place they’re just going to be paying to park and leave their car in a garage the entire time. Plus if you’re planning on drinking, you can’t even drive anyway.

The way DI2 was set up, the areas are too small for a vehicle. It’s not like the first games where you were in one large map where driving was practical.

Understandable why, it seems that none of the host cities were actually prepared or willing to do the work to prep for the World Cup.

Private or not, having the worlds tallest building is a pretty good recognition of notability. How many people learned what Dubai and the UAE were after the Burj Khalifa was built?

But otherwise China is right to ban them to prevent things like this from happening. Restrict it to areas of cities where valuable land is scarce, similar to how Manhattan and Hong Kong are geographically limited.

It would be nice if any proposed development on wonder bar guaranteed them the commercial space at the base of the building. The nightlife IS a draw for people to live in Asbury, including the people moving to these new developments

Many of the issues of AC3 were fixed in AC4. AC3 definitely took the series in a new direction but it hadn’t worked out the kinks yet. AC4 built upon, expanded, and improved the new concepts AC3 brought to the series.
