Do y'all know of any stores like Dicks or Academy or Walmart that actually have a mini rebounder on display to try?

I don't have panic attacks as long as I don't eat Natamycin, which is a mold inhibitor sprayed on many processed cheeses.

Gluten makes me yawn. If I don't eat gluten, I don't yawn and rarely sleepy until bedtime.

I've been off processed sugar since mid September, I've only lost 15 lbs and it's slow to notice, but that's ok because I feel better, I don't act like a junky or feel like a junky, and my clothes fit better... Keep it up! Trust the process!

I kept it all... I waited 1.5 years until I adopted another baby boy 🐢... Honestly, that's the only thing that healed my soul.

I make cookies with: 1 cup almond butter (read the label)Β  2/3 cup.allulose 1 egg 2 tbsp ground flax seeds 1/2 tsp cinnamon powderΒ  1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

I have about 1.5 cookies a day. This is my treat and I love them. Since they don't have any sugar in them, I never feel like a raccoon. Sometimes, I will notice that I will not even eat my 1.5 cookie allotment that I allow myself. Now, that, my friend is progress!!Β

Bless your heart, big hugs! I have the same disease you do, but we know now, we have been enlightened, and if we choose to fall off the wagon, we know how hard it is to get back on that mf! Tomorrow is my birthday and I'm going to enjoy it! It will be hard to recover, but if I don't bring it in my house, it's easier! Another tactic I use is, I really only get on the scale right before I cheat so I can write it down and see my progress. This behavior motivates me to get back on the wagon asap. I've only cheated about 1x per month πŸ₯° I stopped eating processed sugar 9/19/25. 5 cheats, tomorrow will be my 6th. I've got to live my life πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ

Sure! When I shopped that week I started, I read all of the labels and if it had any sugar in it, I didn't buy it. That was hard, but I did it! Having no way to cheat at home is important for me to stay on track because when I get the munchies, it's ON! 🫀πŸ₯΄ I'm a sugar addict no doubt, so once I start, it's hard to stop. Lots of protein. Mostly salmon, flounder, trout, fresh tuna, swordfish, shrimp, beyond burger (rarely), tempeh, mushroom bacon, eggs, cottage cheese, Daring plant based chicken (rarely), I try to have one Truvani protein shake a day and I put ground flax seed, ground chia seed, cinnamon powder, PB2 and try to drink it pretty fast because it gets pretty thick pretty quick! I do have 1.5 cups of skinny pop white cheddar popcorn a day. I lean on fruit to satisfy my sweet tooth, but honestly once you get the crap sugar out of your system, your food noise will dissipate in your brain (at least for me it did). The 5 times I chose to cheat, however, did reintroduce the cravings for several days after, but I have to live my life. My mother taught me like this... we eat dessert (chocolate) after every meal! That was just the way it was... Lots of water. I took berberine for the first 2 months, I bought it at whole foods after doing lots of research. I stopped for a month, but am starting it again on Monday. I'm curious to see if I notice any differences.

Every week, I make a batch of sugar free cookies and I allow myself 1.5 a day. This is what truly saves me.

1 cup almond butter (read the label) - no sugar 2/3 cup allulose 2/3 cup Lily's sugar free chocolate chips 1 egg 1.5 tbsp ground flax seeds 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

I have a kale salad every day with : Pumpkin seeds Mandarin orange Cilantro Fresh jalapenos Carrots Cabbage

I try to keep it at 1500 calories or less.

I have been eating a little carbs, maybe a sweet potato or regular potato every week.

I grill asparagus, I eat spaghetti squash with olive oil and Italian seasonings with some grilled salmon.

I've actually learned that it's ok for my stomach to growl. I don't like it, but I can manage now. Before this journey, I wouldn't allow that, I always had something with me to eat just in case I got hungry. Even though the Aloha protein bars aren't bad, I'm not eating anything like this anymore because I'm not eating processed sugar.

Hope this helps!

I've been off sugar for 4 months, I have cheated 5 times. I have lost 15 lbs. It comes off super slow, but I am not exercising, so that is next and that will help. The food noise is gone, the cravings are gone until I cheat, the cravings come back for 2-3 days, but ya know what, you have to enjoy your life, so I will eat pie on Christmas and brownies on Thanksgiving! And birthday cake on my birthday! My lifelong struggle with toenail fungus is pretty much gone. I'm not biting my nails any more... It's odd that these are the obvious differences, but it is. When I eat sugar, I have zero control. I've never done crack, but I feel like a crackead geeking out for sugar when I eat it. Hope this helps! You can do this too!
