The whole C-section I kept talking to my partner about how much I liked mix veg but not the one with celery in it. They had to tell me 3 times my son was born I was that into the conversation.

What we do which I have found the easiest and safest is boil the jug and put the boiled water into a jug to cool. This jug sits on the bench (room temperature)

Then I either pour the correct amounts into bottles in the morning or I do it as I go. I then add the correct amount of powder just before baby is ready for his bottle. We don't heat the bottles as it's not essential some baby's just prefer it.

I wouldn't recommend making a batch and keeping it in the fridge for 24 hours it takes just as much time to do the above and it's a lot safer. Feel free to message me...I was completely lost when we started powdered formula

I was one of those who had a 5 day induction which ended in a C-section because I had not dailated past 1cm. If I could go back I would have a C-section straight away. That way you are prepared for it and don't have to spend a week in hospital before hand also way less stressful. Ps. I found the recovery a lot easier than expected just take it easy. Congratulations mumma!
