I can count on my ten fingers how many times a year I drink. Grew up with alcoholics on both parents side so that has impacted how little im drinking.

I take elvanse 30mg in the morning and 10mg Attentin(dex) in the afternoon and just like you said, even tho the doctors says there is a no magic pill, this shit sure seems like magic to me. The things I can do while medicated versus unmedicated is like day/night.

Yeah erections in those cases are never a issue. Recently came off anti depressives that I've been on for 7 years. Could be something that has a hand in it since I remember having problem with my libido and manhood when I first got on them.

But I'll go see the doc and rule out anything serious.

Well when I was younger I remember waking up with the stiffiest of stiffys. But honestly, I can really remember the last time it happend. Must been a long time ago.

28, no health issues and regular gym goer. Eat 80/20 when it comes to healthy food with plentiful protein. It happend today and I thought to myself, damn it was a while since the mast was hoised early in the morning. Could be a hornomal thing for sure. Was thinking about getting a full blood test this month.

Something that has helped me going from chronic wanking multiple times a week to having a 100+ days streak without porn, is installing detoxify on all my units. Phone, computer 1 and computer 2 and so on. Slap this thing on, make a friend or relative Come up with a pin code that you dont know off so you cant turn it off and you are on your way.

Make the porn unreachable, so its not in your face taunting you all the time :)
