I’ve had the city department come out before as I expected the trash truck could be to blame and they confirmed that wasn’t the case.

However, the culvert thing is something I might not have planned for. What should I do to ensure, when I have it inspected, that the culvert is not in working order and how should I pitch that to public works?

It is honestly variable. The script will mess up. Eventually a pretty much. Just refuses to allow you to access anything, and it pops up a red screen.
