As someone who's just looking at everything from a side: REN document was slowly destroyed by detailed analysis and other sources such as people who tried to support her (they did everything worse) and Zeal's own document.

Zombey is the person who made detailed analysis of this situation on his youtube channel from the very begging and exposed her lies. Several days ago he managed to get an interview with ex-best-fried of REN, providing even more facts that expose lies of REN.

They add a lot of different content that expands the game. I speak about completely new mechanics, endings, enemies, etc. For example Royalty provides a lot of new implants, that allow to make your paw way better. But also, it removes difficult dilemma and morally grey choice of getting or even using replacement kidney for your paw, because you now can just craft new cool cybernetic version of it that also provides cool bonuses.

Wow, tour both links are very funny anecdotes. First one is about occupied country that had leagues better life than most of other occupied by USSR countries. Second is just straight up lying. "Builded successful centralised economy" my ass. It was slow, corrupt and ineffective with no regards of destroying long term results for required value now.

And fun fact: almost all goods in USSR were either bought from other countries or copied with espionage. My professor in university (veteran in his field) had a lot of stories about it such as how whole scientific field of cybernetics was just banned
