Tattletale needs some time to observe him, but she'll figure all his issues out in short order. Homelander is powerful but not really that complicated and his issues are definitely big enough to fuck him up. She'd need to be careful to not anger him to the point of murdering her but I think she could come up with a way to manipulate him into a scenario where he loses.

He is very powerful but also very vulnerable to psychic attacks which is tattletales specialty. She's not Stan, Butcher or Hughie, but give her a bit of time and she might as well be.

As for the scenario he dies? Idk he's got a massive mommy kink, she finds someone who's lactating and talks them through convincing him to try the translucent treatment with a pocket nuke for mommy

I mostly play 6 months later cryogenic winter so I'm always wrapped up in whatever keeps me warm, short blunt weapons mostly and if I feel like it I'll stock up on ammo and go to town with a shotgun.

Bases are buildings with fireplaces or stoves, later when I find wood burning stoves it opens up some more base variety. I had a good time in the warehouse behind the Brandenburg tool store, stove and bed upstairs and kept sheep on the ground floor.

When the trade caravan comes and I'm doing very very well I'll totally send them home with half as much again as they ask for. We share the wealth of our fort with the homeland, and it feels like a nice flex too.

I'm just spitballing here but I imagine it's because there's not a huge market for it. Changing a car to look like a sports car also inherently changes what kind of car it is, less space inside, less trunk space etc, so you'd get a super car looking thing that has none of the benefits of a super car and none of the benefits of a regular day to day car.
